Snapic puts your privacy first. This guide walks through how we handle information when you design photo books, order wall displays, exchange personal stories, or provide public reviews through our platform. We collect specific types of data to deliver our products and services:
Personal Details
- Order Data: When you place an order on our website, we require your contact details to process it smoothly. Information we can ask you to complete your order, your full name, contact number, and complete address. Using this information, we can deliver your order directly to your doorstep and keep you updated throughout the tracking process.
- Account Data: We store your username and an encrypted password securely. This allows you to log in and track past orders.
Payment Data
Credit or debit card details are entered during checkout. These are processed by Razorpay, our payment partner. We do not store your full card number, expiration date, or CVV code.
User Content
- Photos or artwork you upload to create products like photobooks or custom frames. For example, if you order to design a wedding album, then we store your provided or uploaded images temporarily in our database to print and ship your order. Any reviews, stories, or testimonials you post here stay public unless you delete them—no hidden archives.
- Reviews, testimonials, or stories you choose to share publicly on our website. We only display these with your permission.
Technical Data
- We may collect some technical data Like: your IP address, browser type(Chrome, Safari), device type (Android, iPhone), and location coming from your IP address. It helps us serve you better.
- We also track some analytical details on the website such, as the Website page visited, what items you add to your cart, and time spent on the website to improve user experience.
2. How We Use Your Data
Process Orders
Print and ship photo books, frames, or prints to your address. For example, Once you order a product. We’ll pass your address to our delivery partner. So your order arrives safely at your doorstep.
Create Products
Use photos you upload to design and print personalized items. For instance, if you upload vacation photos for a photo book, we transfer them to our printing facility to produce your order.
Communicate With You
Respond to questions sent through email or our contact form. With your consent, send promotional emails about new products or special offers.
Improve Our Services
Fix website errors and analyze popular products to decide which designs to keep or update.
3. How We Share Data
- Payment Processors: Razorpay handles card payments. They follow PCI-DSS standards to protect your data.
- Shipping Partners: Companies receive your name and address to deliver orders. They delete this data after delivery.
- Printing Partners: Factories that print your photos for photobooks or frames. They use your uploaded images only for your order and delete them after production.
- Legal Requests: If a court orders us to share data, we will comply.
4. Data Security

Scramble data during transmission using SSL/TLS technology. This is the same method banks use to secure online transactions.
Limited Access
Only employees who need your data to process orders can view it. Customer service can see addresses to resolve issues.

Ask us to remove your account or photos. Note: We keep order records for 7 years.

6. Cookies
We use cookies to keep items in your cart and track popular pages.

Photos: Stored securely for 90 days to allow reorders. Testimonials: Removed within 5 business days upon request.
8. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country. We require all partners to protect your data using strict contracts.
9. Children’s Privacy
We do not serve users under 16. If a child’s data is shared by mistake, we will delete it immediately.
10. Data Retention
Orders: 7 years. Accounts: Deleted on request. Photos: 90 days unless you reorder.

Minor changes posted here with new date. Major changes emailed 15 days before effect.
